§ 56:8-149 — Public information campaign, toll free number.

14. a. The director shall establish and undertake a public information campaign to educate and inform contractors, contractor businesses, and the consumers of this State of the provisions of P.L.2004, c.16 (C.56:8-136 et seq.). The public information campaign shall include, but not be limited to, the preparation, printing, and distribution of booklets, pamphlets, or other written pertinent information. b.
