13.P.L.2004, c.16 (C.56:8-136 et seq.) shall not deny to any municipality the power to inspect a contractor business' work or equipment, the work of a contractor business that performs improvements to commercial property, or the power to regulate the standards and manners in which the contractor business' work shall be done.
