3.A regulated entity that provides or administers service contracts in this State, shall not use in its name, products, descriptions of products, advertisements, or any other materials the words "insurance," "casualty," "surety," "mutual" or any other word descriptive of the insurance, casualty, or surety business, and shall not use a name deceptively similar to the name or description of any insurance or surety corporation, or to the name of any other regulated entity registered pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2013, c.197 (C.56:12-90) except that nothing in this section shall prevent a regulated entity that provides or administers service contracts in this State, from using the terms to indicate that service contracts do not constitute insurance, guaranties, warranties or extended warrantie
