§ 56:12-81 — Lease not enforced after refund

7.The lease of a motorized wheelchair shall not be enforced against a consumer after the consumer receives a refund for the leased motorized wheelchair pursuant to subsection b. of section 4 of this act. L.1995,c.233,s.7.
