The transfer to the Commissioner of Insurance of the power and duty to review and certify contracts of insurance provided for in subsection c. of section 1 of P.L.1980, c. 125 (C. 56:12-1c.) shall not affect any certification made by the Attorney General prior to the effective date of this act. L.1982, c. 88, s. 7, eff. July 23, 1982.
