§ 56:12-13 — Severability

New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES

If any provision of this act, or its application to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the act and its application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected. L.1980, c. 125, s. 13, eff. Oct. 16, 1980.
