6.For the purpose of carrying out the housing component of mixed use projects of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority consisting of both housing and commercial development, the agency may enter into agreements with that authority and receive funds from the authority for any of the purposes authorized by this act and specified in the agreement between the agency and the Economic Development Authority. L.1995,c.359,s.6.
