§ 55:14K-43 — Services to agency by state units or officers; payment of costs and expenses

All officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions of the State are hereby authorized and empowered to render any services to the agency as may be within the area of their respective governmental functions as fixed or established by law, and as may be requested by the agency. The cost and expense of any such services shall be met and provided for by the agency. L.1983, c. 530, s. 43, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
