§ 55:13A-9 — Effect of regulations; revision, repeal or amendment

New Jersey·Title 55 TENEMENT HOUSES AND PUBLIC HOUSING
(a)Any regulations issued by the commissioner pursuant to sections 7 and 8 of this act shall have the force and effect of law until revised, repealed or amended by the commissioner as hereinafter provided.
(b)The commissioner may, from time to time subsequent to the issuance and promulgation of regulations pursuant to sections 7 and 8 of this act, revise, repeal or amend any such regulation as he may deem necessary. No such regulation shall be revised, repealed or amended by the commissioner except pursuant to the provisions of section 8 of this act. L.1967, c. 76, s. 9, eff. May 31, 1967.
