New Jersey·Title 55 TENEMENT HOUSES AND PUBLIC HOUSING
3.The Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Department of Community Affairs, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2020, c.37, s.3.
