a.There is established in the Department of the Treasury a special fund to be known as the "Boy Scouts of America Councils in New Jersey Fund." b. For taxable years beginning on or after the date of enactment of this section, each taxpayer shall have the opportunity to indicate on the taxpayer's New Jersey gross income tax return that a portion of the taxpayer's gross income tax refund or an enclosed contribution be deposited in the Boy Scouts of America Councils in New Jersey Fund and be distributed in equal amounts among the chartered local councils of the Boy Scouts of America in New Jersey to support programs and services.
