§ 54:8A-74 — Division and director defined
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
As used in this act "division" means the Division of Taxation in the Department of the Treasury and "director" means the Director of said Division of Taxation. L.1971, c. 222, s. 17, approved June 17, 1971; expired December 31, 1980 pursuant to L.1971,c.222,s.62.
