All the powers, duties and responsibilities vested in the Division of Taxation by this act shall be exercised by the director thereof or his duly designated representative. L.1961, c. 32, p. 155, s. 56, eff. May 29, 1961. Amended by L.1961, c. 129, p. 797, s. 38, eff. Dec. 22, 1961.
