§ 54:5-85 — Construction of article
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
The provisions of this article shall be liberally construed as remedial legislation to encourage the barring of the right of redemption by actions in the Superior Court to the end that marketable titles may thereby be secured. Amended by L.1953, c. 51, p. 898, s. 34.
