§ 54:5-15 — Continuation searches; fee
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
When the holder of a certificate issued as hereinbefore provided shall, within 3 years from the date thereof, apply for a continuation thereof, the fees charged therefor shall not exceed $2.00 per calendar year. Amended by L.1964, c. 256, s. 2; L.1977, c. 78, s. 2, eff. May 2, 1977.
