§ 54:5-135 — Execution of lien certificates.

6.A joint municipal lien pool may act on behalf of any member municipal tax collector to execute lien certificates as part of a sale. All interests and penalties otherwise due shall be paid to the municipality in cash or notes up to and until the time the liens are sold or used as collateral for a bond or note. L.1997,c.274,s.6.
