§ 54:5-129 — Foreclosure by county of right to redeem
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
Any county acquiring lands pursuant to the provisions of this act shall possess all rights and remedies now held or hereafter granted to a municipality by any statute, to foreclose the right to redeem such lands and to acquire a marketable title therein. L.1950, c. 341, p. 1132, s. 3.
