Nothing in this act contained shall be deemed to preclude a further foreclosure or reforeclosure of the tax sale certificate in any other manner provided by Title 54 of the Revised Statutes, as amended and supplemented, or by any other statute. L.1955, c. 278, p. 1004, s. 4.
