Upon the recording of such judgment, the county recording officer shall note, in the margin of each certificate referred to therein, the following: "Judgment recorded on (here insert date) ," for which such recording officer (here insert book and page or instrument number) shall charge thirty-five cents ($0.35) for each notation.
