§ 54:4-85 — Collector's fees

The collector shall be entitled to and shall receive the following fees: or serving warrant or notice thereof ..................... $ .50 For levying ............................................... .75 For advertising sale ...................................... .50 For selling ............................................... 1.00 For making an arrest ...................................... .50 nd in addition thereto such per cent of the amount of taxes collected, not exceeding five per cent, as the governing body shall fix by resolution, all of which shall be added to and collected with the tax.
