Text
The Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs is authorized to determine standards and guidelines and to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1975, c. 283, s. 3, eff. Jan. 12, 1976. Amended by L.1977, c. 284, s. 6, eff. Nov. 4, 1977.
