Text
The Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection in consultation with the Director of the Division of Taxation shall have the power to adopt, amend and repeal administrative rules to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1974, c. 167, s. 8, eff. Dec. 9, 1974.
