§ 54:4-133 — Exceptions to application of Act
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
This act shall not apply to real property occupied by the owner as his residence and from which he derives no rent or to farm property occupied by the owner thereof and from which he derives no rent. L.1939, c. 362, p. 874, s. 11.
