§ 54:4-108 — Assessment and collection of taxes in districts illegally incorporated; interest

[This act provides for the assessment, levy and collection of taxes in certain municipalities formerly incapable of assessing, levying and collecting their taxes because of having been deprived of their franchises or having been illegally incorporated.]
