§ 54:32B-39 — Review of legislation.
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
4.Pursuant to P.L.1999, c.416, the Sales and Use Tax Review Commission shall review every bill, joint resolution, or concurrent resolution introduced in either House of the Legislature which constitutes sales and use tax base expansion or reduction legislation as defined by P.L.1999, c.416, and as determined by the Legislative Budget and Finance Officer pursuant to that act. L.1999,c.416,s.4.
