§ 54:32B-29 — Severability clause
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
If any provision of this act, or any application of any provision, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other applications of the provision, or other provisions of the act, which reasonably can be given affect despite the invalidity. L.1966, c. 30, s. 29.
