Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the office of secretary of the county board of taxation, the same shall be considered to mean and refer to the office of the county tax administrator established pursuant to this act. L.1979, c. 499, s. 21, eff. Jan. 1, 1980.
