§ 54:3-26a — Action or determination of county board of taxation; review by tax court
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
Any action or determination of a county board of taxation may be reviewed by the tax court in accordance with the provisions of the State Tax Uniform Procedure Law, R.S. 54:48-1 et seq. L.1983, c. 36, s. 51, eff. Jan. 26, 1983.
