§ 54:1-96 — Hiring preference.

New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
11.A hiring preference shall be given to tenured, certified tax assessors, deputy assessors, and to county tax administrators for the filling of staff positions in the office of the county assessor. Pension rights for those hired for staff positions shall be transferred. L.2009, c.118, s.11.
