Text

Of the amount deposited in any year in the "Municipal Purposes Tax Assistance Fund," twenty-three twenty-sevenths of such amount shall be set aside and used for the purposes of section 4 of this act, and four twenty-sevenths of such amount shall be set aside and used for the purposes of section 5 of this act. L.1980, c. 12, s. 6, eff. March 18, 1980.
