Text

At the time and place of the hearing or of the adjournment thereof and upon proof of the service of the notice, the county board of taxation shall hear the matter in a summary manner and shall render such judgment as shall be proper upon the proofs presented. A copy of the judgment shall be sent to the assessor of the taxing district and to the owner of the property. L.1947, c. 413, p. 1284, s. 3.
