Text
The members of the conference shall be entitled to one vote each. No action of the conference shall be binding unless taken at a meeting at which a majority of the total number of votes on the conference are cast in favor thereof. Action of the conference shall be only at a meeting at which a majority of the members of the conference, or their alternates, are present. L.1969, c. 80, s. 3.4, eff. June 11, 1969.
