§ 53:6-6 — Selection of alternates
New Jersey·Title 53 STATE POLICE
An alternate serving pursuant to subsection 3.2 of this article shall be selected only from among the officers and employees of the State Police Department, the head of which such alternate is to represent. L.1969, c. 80, s. 3.3, eff. June 11, 1969.
