§ 53:6-28 — Designation of alternate
New Jersey·Title 53 STATE POLICE
The Superintendent of State Police is authorized to designate an alternate to serve in his place and stead on the Mid-Atlantic State Police Administrators' Conference as permitted by Article III, subsections 3.2 and 3.3 of the compact. However, it is the intention of the Legislature that such superintendent shall attend and participate in the work of the conference in person to the maximum extent practicable. L.1969, c. 80, s. 9.2, eff. June 11, 1969.
