5.Within 120 days of the effective date of P.L.1997, c.19 (C.53:1-8.2 et al.), the Police and Firemen's Retirement System and the Public Employees' Retirement System shall remit to the State Police Retirement System accumulated deductions standing to the credit of a transferred alcoholic beverage control inspector, member of the State Capitol Police Force, and marine law enforcement officer, and within 180 days following the effective date, remit the pro-rata part of the reserve fund constituting the employer's obligations under the former system applicable to that inspector's, member's, or officer's account.
