§ 53:1-23 — Physicians and other medical personnel
New Jersey·Title 53 STATE POLICE
Subject to the availability of appropriations, the superintendent may appoint, as members of the staff of the State Police, and set the salary of, such physicians and other medical personnel as may be required, who shall serve at the pleasure of and be subject to the orders of the superintendent. Amended by L.1950, c. 154, p. 337, s. 2; L.1970, c. 52, s. 1, eff. May 14, 1970.
