Text
It shall be the duty of the County Bureau of Identification in the several counties of the State immediately upon receipt of such information concerning the release of a prisoner to notify the head of the police department or other law enforcement department which made the original arrest of said prisoner that the said prisoner has been released and the date of his release. L.1940, c. 65, s. 2.
