4.The Division of State Police and all other initial investigatory law enforcement agencies in the State, including county prosecutors offices and municipal and county police departments, shall collect and report the information specified in section 2 of this act to the division in a standardized format and manner as may be determined by the Superintendent of State Police. L.1992,c.22,s.4.
