Text
To the end that there may be a centralization of information with regard to crime in this State, it shall be the duty of the county bureau of identification in each county and of the bureau of identification in the Department of the State Police to obtain and to keep on file all facts pertaining to criminal records, on forms substantially as follows: PLEASE PHOTOCOPY INSERTION L.1939, c. 78, p. 129, s. 1.
