Text
As used in this act of which this act is amendatory and supplementary "dangerous drugs, substances or compounds" means and includes any of the following in any form: any depressant, stimulant or hallucinogenic drug, substance or compound as defined pursuant to section 1 of chapter 314 of the laws of 1966 (C. 24:6C-1) or the New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substances Act or any prescription legend drug which is not a narcotic drug within the meaning of chapter 18 of Title 24 of the Revised Statutes or the New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, unless obtained from, or on a valid prescription of, and used as prescribed by, a duly licensed physician, veterinarian or dentist. Added by L.1967, c. 298, s. 2, eff. Feb. 15, 1968. Amended by L.1970, c. 227, s. 7, eff. Oct. 19, 1970.
