10.Notwithstanding the provisions of this act to the contrary, a county forensic sexual assault nurse examiner program in existence on the effective date of this act may continue to operate in accordance with the standard protocols for the provision of information and services to victims of sexual assault developed by the Attorney General pursuant to subsection d. of section 6 of P.L.1985, c.404 (C.52:4B-44), until the implementation of the certification process for a forensic sexual assault nurse examiner pursuant to section 5 of this act. L.2001,c.81,s.10.
