11.The Victims of Crime Compensation Agency is authorized to obtain direct access to criminal history records maintained by the State Bureau of Identification in the Division of the State Police and is hereby designated a criminal justice agency for that purpose. L.1995,c.135,s.11; amended 2007, c.95, s.6.
