§ 52:4B-39 — Definitions.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
1.As used in P.L.1985, c.404: a. "Victim" means a person who suffers personal physical or psychological injury or death or incurs loss of or injury to personal or real property as a result of a crime committed against that person.
b."Agency" means the Victims of Crime Compensation Agency in the Department of the Treasury. L.1985,c.404,s.1; amended 2007, c.95, s.29.
