§ 52:28-42 — Rights in Delaware river preserved

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Article VIII. Nothing herein contained shall affect the territorial limits, rights or jurisdiction of either state of, in or over the Delaware river, or the ownership of the subaqueous soil thereof, except as herein expressly set forth. L.1905, c. 42, Art. VIII, p. 71 (C.S. p. 5377, s. 56).
