§ 52:27D-7 — New Jersey office of economic opportunity continued in department of community affairs

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The New Jersey Office of Economic Opportunity created by Executive Order No. 17 of 1964, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is transferred to and constituted the Office of Economic Opportunity in the Department of Community Affairs. Such office, by and through its director, shall continue to have all of the powers and shall exercise all of the functions and duties vested in, or imposed upon, it by said executive order or by any law, subject to the supervision and control of the commissioner. The Director and deputy Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity shall be appointed by the commissioner to serve at the pleasure of the commissioner and until their respective successors and appointed and have qualified; provided, that the persons in office as Director and dep
