§ 52:27D-68 — Examination of books and accounts
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The State Treasurer is hereby authorized to, and shall, examine, from time to time, the books and accounts of the department relating to the fund. L.1967, c. 82, s. 10, eff. May 31, 1967.
