§ 52:27D-60 — Declaration of necessity; liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act being deemed and hereby declared remedial legislation necessary for the protection of the health and welfare of the residents of this State by encouraging nonprofit and mutual housing sponsors to construct or rehabilitate housing for families of moderate income, shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and intent thereof. L.1967, c. 82, s. 2, eff. May 31, 1967.
