§ 52:27D-54 — Administration of act by commissioner
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner shall administer this act with such flexibility as will permit full co-operation between State, Federal and local public agencies and governments as well as private persons, associations or corporations, it being the intent and purpose of this act, and this section thereof, to facilitate and expedite the progress of urban renewal and redevelopment in this State. In order to eliminate the duplication of effort, the commissioner may adopt by reference, and accept to the extent feasible, any procedures and techniques undertaken or implemented by any department or agency of the United States responsible for the administration of urban renewal and redevelopment programs of the United States.
