§ 52:27D-515 — Provisions of C.52:14D-1 et seq. applicable.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
3.This act shall be subject to the provisions of the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.). All records, equipment and other personal property, appropriations, and any balances of funds shall be transferred to the Department of Community Affairs pursuant to the "State Agency Transfer Act." L.2015, c.169, s.3.
