§ 52:27D-513 — Severability.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
5.The provisions of this act are severable. If any phrase, clause, sentence, provision or section is declared to be invalid or preempted by federal law or regulation, the validity of the remainder of this act shall not be affected thereby. L.2007, c.150, s.5.
